GENERAL INFORMATION
These terms govern use of the Solo & Booked website and purchases made through it. Solo & Booked is operated by Maja Ojsteršek s.p. (the provider). Product descriptions and any specific terms presented before purchase form part of the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
The provider aims to keep website information accurate. If an error affects an order, contact the provider so it can be resolved. Illustrations and examples do not guarantee a particular business result.
Website content, photographs and course materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Use is permitted under the licence supplied with the relevant product or with the rights holder’s permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
Unless a product licence states otherwise, purchased content is for the purchaser’s own use. Do not share account access, distribute course materials or resell content without permission. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
General educational content may become outdated. Courses and resources do not replace advice tailored to your particular legal, tax or financial circumstances.
You are responsible for content you submit. The provider may remove unlawful, abusive or infringing content. External websites linked from Solo & Booked are operated by third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
When creating an account, provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and notify the provider if you suspect unauthorised access. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Creating an account or purchasing a product does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing.
Deleting an account does not necessarily delete every record. Data must be retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or legal obligation. The Privacy Policy must explain the applicable purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights.
Strictly necessary cookies support essential website functions. Cookies that require consent may only be used after you have made the relevant choice. Continuing to browse does not, by itself, constitute consent.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the company that manages the website. The contract is concluded at the moment the buyer approves the order. The contract is concluded in the Slovene or English language.
PRICES
Prices and currency are shown on the relevant offer and at checkout. The total price, applicable taxes and any additional charges must be disclosed before you place an order. Price changes do not affect purchases already concluded.
AVAILABILITY
Availability, enrolment dates and any limits on places are stated in the relevant offer. If the provider cannot fulfil a paid order, contact will be made to arrange an appropriate remedy.
DELIVERY
Digital products and online courses are delivered through the access method described in the offer and order confirmation. Any live sessions or individual services follow the schedule agreed for that purchase.
Digital delivery does not involve packaging or postal shipping. Any separate physical-product offer must state its delivery terms and costs before purchase.
If you cannot access a purchase or receive the wrong content, contact [email protected] with your order details and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
Digital products are supplied electronically. The product description and order confirmation should specify how access is provided, its duration, any release schedule, technical requirements and the support included.
PAYMENT METHOD
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For bank transfers, use the payment details provided on the invoice or order instructions.
For payment by invoice, follow the amount, payment reference and due date shown on that invoice.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a contract for services or digital content to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions below. Notify [email protected] by an unequivocal statement identifying the purchase and your decision to withdraw.
You may use this withdrawal wording, but it is not compulsory: “To Maja Ojsteršek s.p., [email protected]: I hereby withdraw from my contract for product or service, ordered on date. Name: name. Address: address. Date: date.” A signature is needed only if this notice is sent on paper.
Where a valid withdrawal entitles you to a refund, it will be made without undue delay and within the statutory 14-day period, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. Any lawful deduction for services begun at your express request is governed by applicable law.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal only once supply has begun with their prior express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose that right, and the required contract confirmation has been provided. Accepting these general terms alone does not replace this separate consent. Services are subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal rules. These exceptions do not affect statutory rights where content or services do not conform to the contract.
SUPPLY AND CONFORMITY
Consumers retain statutory rights where digital content or services are not supplied or do not conform to the contract. Report the issue to [email protected], identify your purchase and describe the problem. These rights are separate from the right to withdraw without giving a reason.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include bringing the content or service into conformity at no cost, a proportionate price reduction or termination and a refund. These terms do not restrict mandatory remedies or statutory time limits.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Follow the technical requirements and instructions stated for your purchase. Outcomes from educational materials depend on your circumstances and implementation; no particular income or business result is guaranteed. This does not limit the provider’s contractual obligations or mandatory liability.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Purchases made in the course of a business are subject to the applicable rules for business contracts. Mandatory consumer protections apply where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law.
VALIDITY OF GENERAL BUSINESS TERMS
The version of these terms presented at the time of purchase applies to that purchase. Later changes do not automatically alter existing contracts or remove statutory rights.
